About: Celilo Court is a 1.79 acre public housing apartment community with 28 two and three-bedroom townhomes, including two that have physical accommodations for accessibility. It is located in the Parkrose neighborhood of Northeast Portland and spans 2 city blocks with a linear perimeter of 1,200 ft.
Project Scope: To address security threats, a concrete wall perimeter is being erected complete with pedestrian and vehicle gates and light poles for increased visibility. This added security wall will help restrict unwanted guests from entering the property.
Outcome: Initial contract price: $1.1M
